Highdive has promoted Isabel Long to the newly created role of Chief Growth & Marketing Officer. Prior to this, she was head of growth.
In 2025, the 10-year-old Highdive saw its
ninth consecutive year of double-digit growth, with a 24% YOY revenue increase. The growth is largely driven by Long's new business efforts, including B2B and health clients, such as Build-A-Bear and
Conagra.
Long's previous experience included posts at MSL, Edelman, DDB and Deutsch NY.

The agency's client work also includes Jeep, State Farm, KFC and BetMGM.
