
Greenhaus has named two new staffers — Casey Soulies
and Chris Brown — to partner rank.
Soulies joined the San Diego-based agency in 2024 as Chief Media Officer, while Brown was hired in 2019. He moved from creative director to Chief
Strategy Officer.
"Adding Casey and Chris to our ownership team is the next step as we continue to evolve and grow the agency," said CEO Paul Whitbeck. "Each will add invaluable
expertise and leadership for our proprietary media and insights products, which we are integrating with all clients."
Brown is leading the agency's rollout of Greenhaus Groundworks, a strategy
and insights unit that marries data to emotional triggers that help brands connect on a deeper level.
Groundworks combines data, cultural intelligence, trends, category expertise and human
insight to determine what drives behavior. "Groundworks connects people to places on the truest levels, ensuring creative, media and experiential decisions are rooted in something real," said Chief
Creative Officer Rob Petrie.

Since 2016, Greenhaus, which focuses on travel and tourism, has developed numerous brand campaigns, including Visit Dallas, Visit Oceanside, Visit Temecula Valley,
Visit Anaheim Visit Newport Beach and the Islands of Tahiti.
